Our painting jobs usually include masking, and in many cases a very demanding one.
Depending on how complex the masking is, we use a range of different techniques. Sometimes regular masking tape can be the solution, but more often than not we need to be creative and use various types of tape, plugs, silicone strips, kraft paper, etc. For large production runs, we can also develop custom-made masking solutions to streamline the work.
It is of the utmost importance that the masking is done correctly, otherwise the end result will not be as desired. It can be fiddly and time-consuming, which places high demands on patience and precision. Our employees are passionate about their work and always ensure that the task is solved in the best possible way.
We also have our own plotter that cuts out masking material to streamline work for larger series.
Equally important is the post-processing when the masking is removed. We work carefully and methodically and perform, for example, deburring according to the customer's wishes.
