This privacy policy applies to individuals who are candidates, employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Different chapters will be relevant to you depending on your relationship with R\u00e5da Coating.<\/p>\n

Personal data about you as a private customer (name, address, telephone number, and e-mail) provided in connection with a product quote request is only saved for as long as it is needed. If you respond and decline the quote, the personal data will be deleted.   <\/p>\n

Candidate<\/strong><\/p>\n

The personal data R\u00e5da Coating processes about you as a candidate is based on the information you yourself provide to R\u00e5da Coating via the website or through contact with R\u00e5da Coating's staff for R\u00e5da Coating's provision of the Service. R\u00e5da Coating will not process your personal data without you first giving your consent by accepting R\u00e5da Coating's Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n

The personal data that we may process about you includes, among other things, name, address, email address, personal identity number, grades, certificates, education and work experience, photograph, test results, information from background checks, information from referees (such as assessments and health, e.g., remarks regarding sick leave), as well as information necessary for the follow-up of the Service, etc.<\/p>\n

In the event that you agree to be photographed or submit a photograph of yourself without a request from R\u00e5da Coating, you consent to R\u00e5da Coating processing such a photograph.<\/p>\n

\u2013 information related to the application and recruitment process, for the current year of the latest activity and thereafter for two (2) years
- customer and supplier agreements as well as information on business transactions, such as information on time reports, participants, assignments, salary, invoices, tax returns, financial statements, during the term of the agreement and thereafter for seven (7) years and
\u2013 tax return information, until R\u00e5da Coating's pension obligations have ceased.<\/p>\n

Such personal data consists of, among other things, the information specified under (Customers) and (Candidate) and other information necessary for the provision and follow-up of the service\/product, to ensure a good delivery of services\/products to R\u00e5da Coating, and to enable future business relationships.<\/p>\n

As a general rule, R\u00e5da Coating will save personal data that appears in:<\/p>\n
