Do you want to be part of our growth journey? We at Råda Coating are in the midst of an exciting journey where we will become an even larger player in industrial painting in the coming years. Therefore, we now want to add more knowledgeable colleagues.

Right now, we are looking for a meticulous, patient, and hands-on mask maker who wants to become part of our team. With us, you will have a meaningful role in production, a great work environment, great benefits, and the opportunity to develop alongside a growing company.

As a masker, you play an important role in the painting process. It is your work that determines which surfaces are protected, how the final result will look, and whether we can deliver the right quality to the customer. You work with masking and de-masking of a wide variety of components in various materials, shapes, and sizes – from small details to elements up to 8 meters long.

The job suits you who enjoy practical precision work, have good manual dexterity, and thrive on solving problems in production. You need to be able to work meticulously, think logically, and find smart solutions when assignments vary. Sometimes a regular masking tape might be the solution, while other jobs require more advanced and customized masking solutions to deliver what the customer requires.

We work on smaller series and special-purpose assignments, which means that the tasks are varied and that you have the opportunity to develop continuously. It’s often a high pace, so it’s important that you can handle stress while maintaining precision. Add a touch of humor and a good mood – then you’ll fit right in with us.

Together with your colleagues, you become an important part of a larger flow where every detail matters. Many of the details we polish have previously undergone several different steps, such as cutting, bending, and welding at the customer’s or subcontractor’s facility. Therefore, it is important that every detail is performed with precision, responsibility, and professional pride.

About you

We believe that you thrive in a practical production environment where quality, responsibility, and accuracy are important. This role suits you if you are reliable, enjoy practical precision work, and have the patience to work focused on detailed tasks for extended periods of time.

As a person, you have a positive attitude, take responsibility, and find it easy to collaborate with others. You are meticulous, patient, and flexible in your work style, and you have the ability to absorb new information and put it into practice.

A large part of the workday involves problem solving. Therefore, it is important that you have a logical mindset and enjoy understanding how things are interconnected. Problems do not stop you; they make you think further, find solutions, and contribute to making the work better.

We are a small company where everyone needs to help each other. This requires you to be unpretentious, unafraid to try new tasks, and willing to contribute to the overall success of the company. To thrive at our company, you also need to appreciate working together with others towards common goals.

You do not need to have worked as a mask maker before, but we would appreciate it if you have previous experience working in jobs where accuracy and attention to detail were important. This could be from industry, production, assembly, workshops, hobby activities, fine mechanics, or other practical contexts where patience, precision, and problem-solving skills are required.

If you have worked with drafting or have an understanding of various manufacturing processes, that is a plus.

The most important thing for us is not exactly what you have done in the past, but that you are solution-oriented, responsible, and have the will to learn. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities, how you work in the team, and your willingness to develop together with us.
